We deploy our Essential Solution that is ready to use in just a few days.  We can configure our Configured Solution to more specifically fit your needs - this includes using your logo and color scheme and adapting our solution to the way you work.  We can also provide a Customized Solution to fit your specific needs - this may include real time data exchange, integration with existing IT solutions or adding specific new features
 

SOLUTIONS OVERVIEW
All of our solutions are built on three pillars - mobile learning, on-demand support and social networking - integrated into a uniquely powerful and extendable platform to educate, inform and connect individuals using mobile technology. Our goal is to improve individual and team performance while lowering costs.
 
 
Mobile Learning - Considered to be the cornerstone of our foundation, mobile learning is an exciting new way to empower individuals by delivering critical information directly to their always-on, always-available mobile smart phones. The fundamental problem that we solve is that knowledge retention is fleeting - typical retention rates are 10-20% even a few weeks after traditional instructor-led or on-line learning.  Mobile Learning is Learning Everywhere and Anytime - allowing users to refresh their knowledge where ever they are and at their moment of need.  When information is both timely and relevant - it is far more likely to used and performance is improved accordingly. Compared to instructor-led training or on-line learning, mobile learning offers significant cost savings by eliminating travel and scheduling costs.
 
 
On-Demand Support - Using our unique object-oriented architecture, learning-objects used in mobile learning programs are fully available for re-use in the support of mobile users.  Information may be accessed by navigation, search or recall of user generated tags.  And we address the larger issue of connecting mobile users to supporter expertise with our Live Connect feature. When a mobile user needs information that is not explicitly documented,a Live Connect  dialog box directs the user to a choice of supporters, a preferred means of interaction including a direct dial call, an SMS text message or email to provide the support required.

 
Social Networking - We offer several key features for social networking.  For example, we request comments, and ratings for each Learning Object.  Users can visually track network activity - messages, alerts and Live Connect requests.  Our social networking features are fully integrated with our mobile learning and on-demand support features to create a solution that can meet your needs today.  Our vision is to combine the art of actively listening to our customers and responding with an agile development process to meet today's market needs and to progressively evolve our social networking tools to also meet tomorrow's needs.
